There are many reasons why your payment could be delayed or not take place.
Reason 1:
There is ONLY ONE EWallet payment batch paid each day.
Orders placed BEFORE 10h45 will be processed and released the same day.
Orders placed AFTER 10h45 will be processed the next working day’s payment run.
We DO NOT process on weekends or South African public holidays.
Reason 2:
If you order more than R3,000.00 payments are delayed due to FNB Processes
Reason 3:
If your EWallet balance exceeds R5,000.00 the transaction will be reversed.
