Why didn't I get an SMS?
There are a few reasons why you might not receive your SMS.
1- You don't have a cellphone number loaded on your profile
2- You have an incorrect number on your profile
3- Your network might be marking your message as spam or a blocked number. Your can check this under your SMS message setting on your cellphone.
If you don't receive an SMS with your confirmation code, please wait 15 minutes before trying a second time otherwise your waiting period will double.
If you retry and still don't receive an SMS, please send an email requesting your cellphone number be updated including your Name, Email address, Staff code and your cellphone number.
